Effective for all AdvantEdge Wellness subscriptions sold by NROLLNOW. Includes our billing, cancellation and privacy terms.
01About this subscription
AdvantEdge Wellness is a non-insurance supplemental wellness subscription offered through NROLLNOW. It is not major medical insurance and does not satisfy any individual mandate for minimum essential coverage.
Subscription price is $70.00 per month and covers the enrolling individual and their household dependents. Coverage is effective at the first of the month.
02Billing and recurring payments
By enrolling, you authorize NROLLNOW to charge your designated credit card, debit card or bank account $70.00 each month until you cancel. Charges appear on your statement as NROLLNOW.
Recurring charges continue automatically on the same billing date each month unless canceled before that date.
03Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel at any time by phone, email or by submitting the online cancellation request form.
End-of-month cancellation policy: when you cancel, your access and billing remain active until the final calendar day of the current month, so there are no partial-month refunds. Coverage cancels at the end of the month.
Duplicate or erroneous charges are refunded in full. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us before disputing with your financial institution so we can resolve it quickly.
04Eligibility and accurate information
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You certify that the information you submit is true and that you are authorized to enroll yourself and any listed dependents.
05Use of services
Services are for personal, non-commercial use by the enrolled individual and their household. Virtual care services are not a substitute for emergency care. If you have a medical emergency, call 911.
06Privacy Notice
Protected health information is used only as permitted by applicable law and the Privacy Practices of NROLLNOW and the issuing carrier.
We collect the name, date of birth, email address, phone number and mailing address you provide in order to establish and service your subscription, process payment and communicate with you. We do not sell your personal information.
By providing your telephone number you may consent to calls and text messages about your enrollment. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you may opt out at any time.
